In 2018, I took over family land since 1652, organically since 1982 on which I planted my first goblet garden vine with the Cinsault and Mourvèdre grape varieties, Grenache Blanc and Carignan Blanc. Since 2016 I have been vinifying confidential vintages of natural wine (with organic grapes bought on the vine) but 2019 is my first vintage official. I practice on all the vintages: manual harvest, indigenous yeasts (with starter), without sulfites or targeted sulfiting and I use a vertical hydraulic press old. I now cultivate 3 ha of vines. I also produce olive oil, sunflower oil, vine peach nectar, apple juice and cereals (wheat, small spelled). The Domaine des Magesses is located in Sanilhac in the Gard near the Reserve of the Gorges du Gardon which is a magical place.
