It was in April 2021 that we took over 5 hectares of old organic vines in Cravant les Coteaux, in the Chinon appellation.

We called ourselves Vignoble du RABn for Raisins A Boire, determined to produce the cleanest wines possible. We continue to respect the organic regulations in force and have added our own touch, a return to grassing, a large hedge and sheep in winter for the vines, no inputs and plot selections in the cellar. With us everything is manual, from the harvest to the labeling, we are true artisans.
