Celler Credo is the Recaredo family's terrer white wine project, specialized in growing xarel·los. Located in the center of Sant Sadurní d'Anoia (Penedés), Celler Credo is a pioneer in Demeter certified biodynamic wines. In alliance with viticulturists in the area, they make eight monovarietals of Xarel·lo, most of which are from a single plot. Their commitment to the preservation of biodiversity leads them to work on projects developed in collaboration with biologists from the Granollers Natural Sciences Museum.
