We work with the greatest respect for our terroirs by harvesting a large part of our vintages by hand (50%), vinifying without any inputs and increasingly favoring aging in amphora as well as in concrete vats. Loving diversity and having the irresistible desire to create atypical wines, we have more than twenty different grape varieties on the estate including Trousseau, Poulsard and Chenin, in order to discover all the riches that our terroir can bring.
