Family estate, located in in the heart of the Coteaux du Layon and at the heart of the Coteaux du Layon. Savennières, we wish to express all the facets of Chenin, dry or sweet, on the mosaic of Anjou Noir terroirs (shale, sandstone, spilite, aeolian sand, alteration of shale... .) in a logic of changing climates; Burgundian. In red, we cultivate the Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon grape varieties as well as Grolleau noir, Pineau d’Aunis and Gamay.

Our vineyard is certified; in organic viticulture since 2019. Our viticulture, àgrave; listening to the personality of the person from each of our terroirs, allows us to harvest locally. handmade healthy grapes with lots of character.

À the cellar, the artisanal vinifications are at your disposal. listening to wine with very moderate use sulphites to bottling. On the largest vintages, long aging allows us to gently refine the expression of our terroirs with their strongest personalities. We thus try to express as authentically as possible. possible the identities of our great Angevin terroirs. In 2020, we are beginning a biodynamic approach across our entire vineyard under the wise advice of Michel Chevré.

&Agrave; la cave, les vinifications artisanales sont &agrave; l&rsquo;&eacute;coute du vin avec un usage tr&egrave;s mod&eacute;r&eacute; des sulfites &agrave; la mise en bouteilles. Sur les plus grandes cuv&eacute;es, les &eacute;levages longs permettent d&rsquo;affiner en douceur l&rsquo;expression de nos terroirs aux plus fortes personnalit&eacute;s. Nous essayons ainsi d&rsquo;exprimer avec le plus d&rsquo;authenticit&eacute; possible les identit&eacute;s de nos grands terroirs angevins.
