Tendrils evoke first of all the profession of sommelier with its working tool: the twist of the corkscrew, which comes to open beautiful bottles. Then there is the tendril of the vine, this vine that wraps, twists and spins to rise. And then there's this expression from the south. Say Desvrillé; Go into Spins or Spin when you are to the west, azimuthed. These are the three images that we wanted to bring together to give the identity of our micro-domain. Since 2018, we: Marianna & William have been happy tenants of 2ha10 of black and white grenache, black and gray carignan, syrah and macabeu in the town of Baixas. Most of our vines are very old and cannot be mechanized. These are very small gardens worked by hand after the day's work and sometimes even at night to better listen to the birds! We conduct them in non-certified Organic Agriculture and we do not use any inputs in the cellar. Our interventions in the cellar are also minimal, to let the grapes speak first and foremost. Since our first vintage, we have been advocating Return to the Liter. We chose the Liter for ecological and authentic reasons. Litron is wine before the wine trade. Unfortunately, significant supply difficulties have forced us to choose a 75cl bottle this year, but we have not said our last word... Our 2022s still in aging will be offered by the Liter.
