Mais quelle adresse!!! Chef et staff très sympa, produits ultra frais maitrise et précision dans la cuisine. Grande carte de vins natures. Meilleure bouillabaisse de Tokyo! Merci encore.
Chef Yuji san was very welcoming and, with his crew, radiated a warm charm in the open kitchen. The anago is really by far the most inspirational dish one could ever had. It truly was a experience of five senses. My friend was completely won over by their signature dessert: paris brest and happily recommends it to all Raisin users. Reminder: do absolutely go for the set menu to get the most out of the visit. Big kudos to Yuji san and his wonderful crew! <3
