Sono Michael Baccani, chef e fondatore di Bruna Bistrò, ristorante che prende il nome da Bruna Schiaroli, mia nonna e storica cuoca Senigalliese che ha lavorato per decenni nelle cucine di Villa Sorriso e di Riccardone’s. Mia nonna mi ha insegnato e raccontato tutti i suoi piatti ricchi di tradizione e semplicità. La mia cucina si ispira alla sua, fondendosi con le mie esperienze accumulate in giro per l’Italia e nel mondo.
