Sep 2023Brilliant natural wine bar (with craft beers too) in central Gaillac. Great selection of local wines from small, natural producers as well as wines from around France. Small plates of food also served. The owner/manager previously worked at L’Enclos des Braves natural winery. Very friendly and can offer lots of local advice on producers, restaurants, wines, characters. Highly recommend when you’re in Gaillac
