Sep 2024The selection of wines was excellent and the food was also very good. The time you had to wait for service was borderline. The waiters mostly walked past us very uncoordinated with empty hands and were also not very approachable. You could make a very nice wine bar here if you wanted to...
Sep 2024Great and huge selection of natural wines at great prices. But the staff is really disorganized and can't handle too many guests at the same time. They should better bring the desert before I try to pay as an angry customer after 30 minutes waiting, and if so, make sure that I still have table to sit down and eat. This could be an awesome place if handled better organized.

Jun 2024Tantissime etichette, se sai già cosa bere è perfetto, rapporto qualità prezzo ottimo considerata la posizione, ma personale poco disponibile (quasi infastiditi) per consigli o per raccontare il vino scelto (autonomamente dopo 5 minuti di tentativi di conversazione). Peccato, ma non ci tornerei, il vino è anche interesse, passione, condivisione, e raramente mi è capitato di non trovarne in una vineria naturale
Aug 2023Enoteca Solaria est possiblement le meilleur endroit pour boire du vin nature et du vin nature sicilien dans toute la Sicile. Le choix est varié et ne déçoit pas. Les bouchées proposées sur le menu sont efficaces et ouvrent l’appétit pour la suite. Les vins? Sublimes. Gianfilipo et Elisa sont adorables et connaissent leurs produits. C’est obligatoire d’y aller. Longue vie à vous deux!
