9.3 / $28 / Scuola di Vino / zero zero / biodynamic / homeopathic/ This is fantastic and pretty unique. Tiny and dense bubbles. Barnyardy nose, but pretty clean and sharp on the tongue. Toasted sourdough, green apple, minerality that borders on being outright salty. Some skin contact, with noticeable but pleasant and very subtle tannic mouthfeel. First time I've had this one and i really like it. Curious to see if i like it this much next time i try it.
Gran bella bottiglia, finisce subito. Entra in bocca acido, fresco e minerale, rimane a lungo e ne chiama un altro sorso.
