Viti tra i 10 ed i 20 anni , fermentazione in acciaio del solo mosto di Trebbiano , in macerazione dai 4 ai 6 mesi con una piccola quantità di bucce . 6 mesi in acciaio sulle fecce fini con una piccola quota di bucce e minimo 2 mesi in bottiglia prima della commercializzazione . Produzione : 13.000 bottiglie l’anno .
