1000 bottles, 100% Escursac from young vines from the Santa Margalida area with clay-calcareous soils. Carbonic maceration of unstemmed grapes and alcoholic fermentation in tanks with native yeasts. Aged for 6 months in 500 L barrels (50%) and in stainless steel tanks (50%), plus 7 months in the bottle. Floral, red and black fruit, aromatic herbs, earthy, tasty, light, fresh, deep, vibrant and elegant.
