First time trying this wine by Radikon. And it was more everything than I expected. Honey honey honey. What a treat.
Complex, wild, spicy. Purchased in Osaka at Mashika restaurant, enjoyed in Montreal.
Ribolla coi controcoglioni, tenebrosa, super minerale. Frutta matura, vernice e una leggera volatile incutono quasi timore, ma il sorso è freschissimo, sapido, i tannini arrotondati da qualche anno di bottiglia, il succo e di nuovo una mineralita dura fanno svuotare la bottiglietta da 0.5 alla velocità della luce.
Frutta cotta, fiori e miele, naso spettacolare. Tannini ormai morbidi e acidità non esagerata. Corretto e facile da bere, non esplosivo come alcune annate ancora più vecchie ma decisamente in forma, da riprovare tra qualche altro anno.
Complex, full and elegant. I wish I could give this wine more time to rest and breath. But amazing hazy amber color and wonderful aromas made me weak.
