ON THE EVE OF THE DEATH DAY. All Saints' lunch to sanctify all the fish tasted, digested and metabolized by Saint Peter at the Cape Sante, from Sampei to Sant’Andrea. At Portogaribaldi by Franco al Pacifico, steaming of bread and fish, symphony of crustaceans and cephalopods, Pennette "Orto-porto", Cape Sante au gratin and cute and bellini skewers. All diluted with a crystalline red, fragrant and genuine to color the gray day of grace to perfection. Juice of small red fruits, pomegranate and various spices, wet earth and musk, marked freshness and salinity, bred by VIKTORIJA 2014 Rose ’MC #slavcek, Vodopivec Franc & Alenka, Vipavska Dolina. Brut Nature from assembly, (unknown to me), of 85% of Refosco and 15% Merlot, 8-hour maceration, ferments and refines in steel for 1 year, then re-fermented with Merlot must from the following year, fermented after 8 months , topped up with the same wine. Fine and creamy bubble, Sea and earth embraced in a single sip, light, lively and drinkable, crunchy and fruity, slightly spicy definitely at a price more than recommended.
