MICROCLIMATE High altitude ensures lower average temperatures. Big diurnal range during ripening season and cool air coming down from Vermio mountain give freshness and elegance to the wine. VINEYARDS Single parcel above the village of Fytia, planted 25 years ago on a northeast slope. VINIFICATION Grapes are destemmed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and macerated for 8-10 hours. 🍷🌙
