Un elogio alla mineralità !!
Deep rich colour. The nose is saline and irony like the sea. Wild herbs with dark fruits and pepper spice all come through. The grape is distinctive and hard to nail down (which doesn't matter!). A great wine, very drinkable, and classically Italian, with tannins, good acidity and a rustic finish. Would love to try this again without other wines around just to focus in more and get to know it.
