"Since 2005, this field is involved in organic farming and biodynamic. A risky bet and every moment in a vineyard north, fresh like the Cher. Philippe Gilbert has been surrounded by the advice of oenologist Jean-Philippe Louis, since the qualitative revival of the field, ten years ago. The Renardières cuvées come from the oldest pinot noir and sauvignon vines. The whites take breath, salt length since the last vintages. After a very woody period, the reds take their mark by gaining finesse without losing their maturity. »
