Dishes were crafted with careful thought and executed wisely, with strong focus on honest produce from the season. Best restaurant to enjoy natural wine in Valencia. Fully recommend!

Mar 2019J’ai essayé le menu 5 plats 35€ du soir, comment dire... c’est magnifique! Les proportions, le choix des ingrédients et la manière de cuisiner ainsi que le rythme permettent d’aller au bout sans problème. Belle sélection de vins natures avec quelques cuvées « expérimentales » pour les amateurs. Beaux produits, beau cadre et un super accueil de Txisku et Laura. Se laisser guider pour un bon moment. Il faut y aller!
