Great wine list, best i’ve seen in this city natural to organic to classics, they have it all. Also a real restaurant, we went for the wine bar but people around were have real 3 course meals.
Endroit très agréable, décor chaleureux, belle terrasse ombragée. Nourriture cuite sur le bois, excellente et belle présentation. L’entrée de betteraves est renversante et la côte de boeuf parfaite. Le personnel accueillant et les sommeliers de bons conseils. La cave est impressionnante, la carte des vins n’en finit plus, mon mari est donc allé choisir directement dans la cave et n’arrivait pas à se décider, ca en dit long, le sommelier a dû l’éguiller et le choix était parfait. On reviendra lors de notre prochain passage à Montpellier.
Honnêtement, Braise est mon restaurant préféré à Montpellier. Non seulement ils ont la meilleure sélection de vins dans le sud de la France, mais le grill au feu de bois de la cuisine est incroyable ! J'aime particulièrement leurs ribs, les côtelettes d’agneau, et l’aubergine grillée. Allez-y les yeux fermé!
