Produits locaux mis en valeur par des associations de saveurs remarquables qui donnent beaucoip de fraîcheur aux différents plats proposés. Les cuissons sont parfaitement maîtrisés. Le service franco-anglophone est à l’écoute et de bons conseils. La carte des vins se révèle de tres belle facture et riche en vins nature et biodynamie.
