A son apogée !
Great developing wine , first nose all about Sauternes / sweet Sauvignon , after 5 minutes starts to be more mineral and herbal . Dryed grass and fresh aloe - it’s beautiful Palate not too acidic , so it could be more friendly for beginners
I love these Young Riffault. So very concentrated and pure. This is an absolute 10/10
There’s more fruit in this vintage than in previous ones. Peachy. More botritis tho. Great stuff as always.
